Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht N.V

The customer assistance center in Maastricht is the central contact- and service center for the clients of the Daimler concern in west Europe. Thats where Daimler clients will be helped with all questions and concerns.

Klangerfinder developed five different telephone holding patterns for the CAC. Each telephone holding pattern is customized to its respective service department.
